Here's how to save your seat for The Bar Chart Club Conference.
We are so excited you’ll be joining us for The Bar Chart Club’s inaugural conference on March 25, 2026. If you’d like to join us for hands-on workshops on March 24, be sure to add those tickets here too. If you have any questions, just email us at barchartclub@datadozen.com. STEP 1
Click the “REGISTER HERE!” button below to go to Luma.
Start by clicking the “Register Here!” button to go to the ticket page on Luma. This is the software we’re using for the conference registration.
STEP 2
Select your main conference ticket (March 25).
Use the plus sign in the right hand corner of the boxes to choose your ticket type for the main conference day on Wednesday, March 25. (Early bird, full price, self-starter, or student.) Note that sales tax is already added into the displayed ticket price.
STEP 3
Add up to two optional hands-on workshop sessions (March 24).
Enhance your experience by adding à la carte workshops on Tuesday, March 24. We’re offering four interactive 3-hour sessions throughout the day so you can customize your schedule! Select up to one morning session and one afternoon session by using the + sign in the upper right hand corner of the workshop description. Space is limited, so register early to secure your spot!
STEP 4
Click “Get ticket” and fill out a quick form.
Once you’ve selected your tickets, hit the “Get ticket” button. You’ll be directed to a form to provide a few details about yourself for the conference team. Be sure to only register one person at a time so we can capture your preferences for conference day!
STEP 5
Review your cart.
Before proceeding to payment, double-check your cart to confirm that you have only one conference ticket and that you’ve added the correct number of workshop sessions (maximum of 2).
STEP 6
Complete your payment.
Enter your payment information to finalize your registration. Once the payment has processed, you’ll receive an email with a calendar invite and helpful reminders. This will serve as official confirmation that you’re registered and ready to join this group of top notch chart makers!

tickets & pricing
How much do conference tickets cost?
The full price conference ticket costs $497. We will have an early bird price of $397 from December 1 through January 16, 2026. We also have a special $247 self-starter price and $97 student price.
What’s included in the ticket price?
The ticket price includes full access to the conference on Wednesday, March 25, including all talks across two stages and a variety of on-site activities. You will receive breakfast, lunch, and continuous coffee and beverages, as well as a happy hour celebration after the event. Note that the ticket price is just for the conference on March 25. If you would like to participate is one or two of our hands-on workshop on Tuesday, March 24, you will add those separately.
How much do the á la carte hands-on workshops cost?
On Tuesday, March 24, we will offer hands-on workshops led by industry-leading experts. We will have two options in the morning and two in the afternoon. Each add-on workshop will cost $147. You can add-on just one or pick a morning and afternoon option for $294.
How many á la carte hands-on workshops can I attend on Tuesday 3/24?
You choose to add-on up to two á la carte, hands-on workshops to your conference ticket. We will offer two options in the morning and two options in the afternoon.
What types of payment do you accept?
We process all of our registrations with Luma, which accepts all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
What is the refund or transfer policy?
Unfortunately, we can not provide refunds for cancellations. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a colleague or friend. Just let us know of this change as soon as possible by emailing barchartclub@datadozen.com.
What if my employer won’t cover the cost or I work for myself?
If your employer won’t cover the cost of your conference ticket or you’re a solo-preneur, we have a special “self-starter” price of $247 just for you, which is half of the full conference ticket. We want to make sure the conference is as accessible to as many people as possible.
Do you have a student price?
Yes! We are excited to welcome students to the conference. We have a special $97 ticket price just for students.
What if my organization is tax exempt?
If your organization is tax exempt, please email us at barchartclub@datadozen.com to let us know. In that email, please include documentation that shows your tax exempt status.
How do I get a receipt for my ticket purchase?
To get a receipt of your payment, start by verifying your email with Luma. Then, navigate to your Luma profile by selecting your profile image in the upper right corner and select the drop-down for “Settings.” On the Settings page, select the “Payment” tab and scroll down to see your “Payment History.” Here, you will see your payment for your registration (woohoo!) and on the right side of that line, there will be three action dots. Select the dots and when prompted click on “Generate Receipt.” You will enter your billing address and Luma will automatically generate your receipt. If you’d prefer, we can take care of this for you! Reach out to us if you’d like us to send you a copy of your receipt by emailing barchartclub@datadozen.com.
What happens after I purchase my ticket?
You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket information. Rest assured that your spot has been saved! Once we get closer to the event, you’ll receive an email with all the last-minute details to make sure you get the most out of the conference.
